Aydin Karaduman has been Chairman of the Management Board of IC Immobilien Holding GmbH since January 2024.

Before joining IC Immobilien Gruppe he served as Managing Director Europe at ISG, a British construction services provider with a focus on interior fit-out, data centers and logistics. Prior to this, he spent several years as CEO of the listed company DIC Asset AG (now: Branicks Group) and also as CEO, at Bilfinger Real Estate (now: Apleona). In the early years of his professional career, he held various staff and management positions at ThyssenKrupp and mg technologies (today: GEA Group AG).

Aydin Karaduman holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

Ramez Hammamy has been Managing Director of IC Immobilien Holding GmbH since 2025. 

He has already been Managing Director of IC Asset Management and IC Immobilien Service GmbH since 2024.

Before joining the IC Immobilien Gruppe, Ramez Hammamy spent many years as Managing Director of various Bilfinger group companies and international legal entities, which he successfully transformed or built up. 

Ramez Hammamy began his professional career at Siemens, where he held various corporate, operations and international management positions for over 10 years.
