Marcus Eggers new Managing Director of IPH Centermanagement

Immobilien Zeitung, Handelsimmobilien Heute, the real estate manager and other media announce that IPH Centermanagement, a joint venture of IPH Handelsimmobilien and IC Immobilien Gruppe and the largest independent center manager in Germany, will in future be headed by Marcus Eggers as Managing Director. Since October 1st 2020, he has thus been responsible for the operative management of currently 20 shopping centers throughout Germany. The new management team also has clear growth plans. Besides new center management mandates, the focus will be on the consistent further development of IPH's market position with its broad range of services.
