IC Immobilien Gruppe leases approx. 100,000 square meters

Handelsblatt, Immobilien Zeitung and Property Magazine have reported that IC Immobilien Gruppe leased approximately 100,000 square meters in fiscal year 2021.

The main focus of new leases and contract renewals was on the office and retail asset classes.
