IC Immobilien Gruppe extends lease agreement with Helvetia Schweizerische Versicherungsge-sellschaft AG in Frankfurt am Main

In the course of a lease renewal IC Immobilien Gruppe has extended the lease agreement with Helvetia Schweizerische Versicherungsgesellschaft AG for an area of approx. 3,000 square metres at Querstrasse 8-10 in Frankfurt am Main. The property was acquired from Querstrasse S.á.r.L., a company advised by Amundi Real Estate, in 2016.

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated with the property and asset management as well as the project management for the property, which was built in 1989, since 2016.
