IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property management mandate for over 31,000 m² in Munich

  • Core ensemble “Ludwig” at top inner-city location – first mandate for KanAm Grund Group

IC Immobilien Gruppe was awarded a further property management mandate at the beginning of the year, and for the first time ever it is now working together with the fund and asset manager KanAm Grund. The property in question is “Ludwig” with a total of approx. 31,000 square metres of commercial space in the heart of Munich.

“Ludwig” comprises several buildings from 1911 and 2001, respectively, of which about 27,000 square metres are mainly used as office areas. The anchor tenants are an international management consultancy, a publiclylisted insurance group, a software company and a patent law firm.

The location on the main boulevard at Ludwigstrasse 21 / Theresienstrasse 6-10 is one of the top addresses in Munich, in the immediate vicinity of various ministries and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. The Englischer Garten as the largest public park and recreational area in the centre of Munich is just a few minutes away on foot. In the pulsating university district the tenants also benefit from numerous gastronomic, cultural and shopping opportunities in the surrounding area.
