IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded new property management mandates by Treuhandverwaltung IGEMET GmbH

• Mandates for two new properties in Wolfsburg

IC Immobilien Gruppe was appointed by Treuhandverwaltung IGEMET GmbH on 01.01.2018 to provide commercial, technical and accounting property management services for two fully-let properties in Wolfsburg.

The larger of the two newly developed buildings is an office scheme with an underground car park, primarily used by tenants from the IT and automation technology sectors. The second property, including the building’s penthouse, is leased by a medical supply store.

IC Immobilien Gruppe already provides property management services for two properties owned by Treuhandverwaltung IGEMET GmbH in Hanover and Koblenz.
