IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded first property management mandate by Tikehau and Dunman

• Existing property with approx. 6.500 m² in downtown Frankfurt

At the end of May 2025 IC Immobilien Gruppe was awarded a new mandate for an area of about 6,500 square metres. The owners, Tikehau Capital and Dunman Capital Partners GmbH, have commissioned the full-service provider with the technical, commercial and accounting property management for a building located in Frankfurt at Querstraße 8-10. This is the first mandate from Tikehau / Dunman for IC Immobilien Gruppe. From 2016 to 2025 the company had already been responsible for the property and asset management for this building for the previous owner, a Luxembourg-based real estate fund.

The partner companies acquired the property – which was completed in 1990 and is located in the northern section of downtown Frankfurt – as recently as May 2025 and intend to subject the multi-tenant office building to a comprehensive refurbishment before repurposing it in line with a commercial residential concept incorporating serviced apartments.
