Karsten Körper-Fitzgerald has been Managing Director of IC Property Management GmbH since April 2019 and - as part of the integration of HIH Property Management GmbH into the IC Immobilien Group - also Managing Director of HIH Property Management GmbH, now IC Property Services GmbH, since October 2022. Since January 2024, he has also strengthened the management of IC Asset Management GmbH and IC Immobilien Services GmbH.
Upon joining the company in December 2015, he was responsible for managing the customer accounting, commercial data management and controlling and reporting divisions. During this time, he was responsible for the expansion of property management services for regulated clients on clients’ own system landscapes and high-quality automated data transfer. From 2020 to 2022, he was Branch Manager of the Berlin office.
Before joining IC Immobilien, Karsten Körper-Fitzgerald worked as Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting and Team Leader Controlling at Estama Gesellschaft für Real Estate Management mbH from 2011 to 2015.
As a Master of International Business with a specialisation in International Finance, Karsten Körper-Fitzgerald has more than 15 years of experience in a range of specialist and management positions throughout the real estate industry.
