IC Immobilien Gruppe leases approximately 2,300 square meters in Berlin, Stuttgart and Freiburg for Wealthcap

Immobilien Manager, Property Magazine and Rohmert Medien announced that IC Immobilien Gruppe has leased a total of approximately 2,300 square meters of office space in Berlin, Stuttgart and Freiburg for Munich-based real asset and investment manager Wealthcap.

The properties are located in Alarichstrasse in Berlin, Schelmenwasenstrasse in Stuttgart and Schnewlinstrasse in Freiburg.
