IC Immobilien Gruppe assumes property management mandate for Blechen Carré in Cottbus

• Shopping centre with a leasable area of approx. 20,000 m² and 75 tenants

• First mandate for Dutch developer Wyckerveste 

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded its first mandate by the Dutch project developer Wyckerveste as of 01.04.2025. The full-service provider is thus responsible for the technical, commercial and accounting property management of Blechen Carré at Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse 136 in Cottbus with an area of about 19,600 square metres.

A consortium comprising Wyckerveste, Monitor Capital Investments and Brix Real Estate had recently purchased the shopping centre. The property was completed in 2008 and encompasses three sales floors with a total of 75 tenants from the retail, gastronomy and service sectors, as well as 465 car parking spaces.
