IC Immobilien Gruppe achieves full letting at "Cecilienpalais" in Düsseldorf

Deal Magazine and Property Magazine reported that IC Immobilien Gruppe leased approximately 600 square meters of office space in the "Cecilienpalais" in Düsseldorf in mid-July.

The "Cecilienpalais" was completed in 2009 and has approximately 6,000 square meters of total leasable space as well as 60 underground parking spaces.
