IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded letting manage-ment mandate for AOC office building

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded the letting management mandate for all future lease renewals in the AOC office building on Hanauer Landstraße in Frankfurt, a property already managed  by IC Immobilien Gruppe. The building’s 25,400 square metres of office space is almost fully let. Completed in 2003, the property is owned by a Luxembourg company and is managed by a Luxembourg subsidiary of the real estate fund manager GLL Real Estate Partners.

“This letting management mandate demonstrates the confidence the property’s owners have in our abilities, both in relation to our property management services and the direct support we provide to the building’s tenants,” said Melanie Heller, Director Letting with IC Immobilien Gruppe. “We also have our own offices in AOC, which means we are perfectly positioned to react quickly and deal with any urgent matters on-site and in person,” added Heller.

Located in Frankfurt’s Ostend, the office building features attractive architecture and modern, fully-equipped conference rooms. The flexible room concept allows space to be easily divided into high-quality team offices or comfortable single offices. The building is also conveniently situated for easy access to the A661 motorway, which connects to the A3 and A5 motorways which means that it only takes 15 minutes to reach Frankfurt’s international airport by car. With a tram stop right outside the building, Frankfurt’s Ostbahnhof rail station is less than five minutes away.
