IC Immobilien Service GmbH is responsible for the business segments asset management, property management and corporate management.
Its head offices are in Unterschleissheim and in addition it has offices in Chemnitz, Frankfurt, Duesseldorf, Berlin, Rostock, and Hamburg.
At the end of 2009, ICIS administrated over 270 properties – individual or trust assets, with a total rentable space of about 1.5 million square meters and approximately 2,200 tenants under management for private and institutional clients..
Senior Executives
Oliver Priggemeyer (born 1969) has been managing director of IC Immobilien Service GmbH since march 2009 and furthermore served on the Executive Board of IC Immobilien Holding AG. Before taking up his position at IC, Mr. Priggemeyer was as COO a member of the Executive Board of a german listed Real Estate incorporation. Before that he was spokesman of the Directorate of the EPM Assetis GmbH. In both companies his responsibilities included the segments Asset Management and Property Management.
From 1997 to 2007 Mr. Priggemeyer worked in the Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank Group. Latest – from 2001 to 2005 – as Managing Director of the Westdeutsche ImmobilienHolding GmbH and since 2002 of the EPM Assetis, which was taken over in 2005 to 70% by Bilfinger Berger. The savings bank business economist began his career in 1993 as savings bank merchant in the Stadtsparkasse Osnabrueck. 1996 he changed as district manager to the former WestLB subsidiary LBS Muenster/Dusseldorf.
