IC academy

Since summer 2005, IC Immobilien Holding AG has consolidated its activities in the field of initial and advanced training and given it a new form: the IC Academy. This enables IC to meet clients’ and the market's increasing and greatly varying demands.

Advanced training concentrates on international property markets and involves lectures and case studies. It is aimed at raising the professionalism of the Group’s portfolio management. All members of the IC Group are progressively familiarized with modern methods of financial evaluation of investments, valuation of real property and performance measurement.

In addition, the IC Academy organizes language courses and offers employees support in the application of sometimes complex EDP systems.
