The most valuable asset IC Immobilien Group has is its staff. We owe our success to the experience, the competence and the high level of commitment of our employees. 

During the last years the Group has grown successfully. Yearly on average 20 new employees are recruited, including some former employees.

We promote and demand the potential of our committed and motivated employees. We offer young junior workers with a university degree the possibility to prepare themselves for executive functions in a 15 month trainee programme. 

In addition, IC Immobilien Group offers an in-house further education facility in the IC academy to all employees within the scope of the education and continuing education.
