IC Immobilien Group (IC) is a global, independent service provider who has been active in the real estate sector since 1988. 

IC Immobilien Group provides asset and property management for commercial properties belonging to institutional property investors inside and outside Germany. The company, which is based in Unterschleißheim near Munich, also manages closed-end property funds. 

With 8 offices and around 280 employees, IC is active throughout most of Germany and beyond. Overall, IC Immobilien Group serves over 15,000 private and institutional investors and manages an investment volume of over 12 billion euros. 

IC has been active in domestic and foreign property markets for 25 years. When taking the international fund segment of the Westdeutsche Landesbank, which IC acquired and maintained, into account, IC actually has a track record of around 35 years international real estate.
